Who We Are – A Brief History

Over the last 25+ years, our company’s commitment to serving our customers’ needs has enabled us to experience extensive growth.  We now serve a solid customer base of approximately 400 companies — ranging from the mines, railroad companies, quarries and farms that we first approached to hundreds of major manufacturing companies and other small businesses that have found need for the equipment and service relationship that we provide.

Having been called upon to service nearly every name-brand unit imaginable over the last 25+ years, we discovered that some basic modifications were usually necessary to adapt the units to our customers’ specific situations.  In order to protect our customers from otherwise unnecessary service calls and costly downtime, we began making “custom” modifications" before initial delivery of the new unit.  This led us to becoming more involved with the various manufacturers we worked with, making design recommendations, etc.  We even designed one model for a manufacturer — which they actually named "The ACE Series".

Originally A.C.E. was created for the industrial market alone, but over the past few years pressure washers have become a mass-marketed item with great appeal to the general public.  In response, we have become an Authorized Service Center for the major mass-marketed brands of Generac®, Devilbiss®, Coleman®, and our newest addition is a Honda® dealership.

Another aspect of our business is the Chemical Sales department.  We provide our customers with a wide variety of cleaning compounds for use with their high-pressure washers.  Whether our customer needs small quantities for personal use or operates in such a way that they need to purchase bulk quantities or have chemical contracts that guarantee routine service on equipment with a minimum monthly purchase of chemicals, we are committed to serving our customers’ needs fully.  We have this established with several customers and are proud to say that it has proven to be quite beneficial to them.

We are now involved in steps that will increase our size and scope even more — assuring us of being able to maintain prompt, dependable service for our existing customers while the number of new customers continues to increase.  We also plan to implement a technical training course for high school students, preparing young men and women for the work force.  They’ll be learning practical skills in electronics, plumbing, design, fabrication, clerical, sales, public relations and much more.  At A.C.E, Inc. we are about industrial pressure washing equipment and supplies, but we are also about much, much more!
