In 1982 William "Bill" Kissing started ACE as a small, full service gas station and repair shop in Carterville, IL. With a simple vision to help customers in need, Bill quickly noticed the regional need for a quality repair shop specializing in high pressure cleaning equipment. In 1984 he moved from the gas station in Carterville to our current location in Pittsburg, IL, and focused specifically on industrial grade pressure washers. We now serve a solid customer base of well over 400 companies within a 100 mile radius. Our customer base is comprised primarily of professional contractors, coal mines, railroad companies, quarries and farms, but also includes individuals and local business owners.
Over the past 30+ years we have been an authorized distributor and service center for the most of the industries leading brands. For many years, we also manufactured our own line of hot water machines. That experience has helped us shape our current product line to include only products we are proud to stand behind and know are built to last. With over 50 years combined experience in our service department, you can be sure that we will get your equipment running properly. And if it is time for a new unit we, have one to fit your needs. Custom built units are a facet of manufacturing that we do still offer as well.
What started as a pressure washer only venture, has now evolved into a business that includes over 9 different product lines including: Air Compressors, Generators, Portable Heaters, Floor Maintenance, Waste Oil Furnaces, Waste Water Reclamation, Industrial Wet/Dry Vacuums, and more.
Although there have been many changes over the years, the vision of ACE hasn't changed--to serve our customers with the highest quality service and equipment on the market.
